The City of Tangent is aware of a serious incident in which two dogs attacked a resident walking her two dogs on the sidewalk in front of City Hall. The owner of the two small dogs was also injured, along with a couple of bystanders who interveined to break up the attack. The Linn County Sheriff's Office responded and issued a citation.
